      Cool place to work

      Pros

      Great people, very cooperative. Constant encouragement to grow. Flexible work hours. Independence to work on what you want to, can raise any concern or opinion. Frequent outing and fun activities. However I see a lot of process controls coming into play which can be both good and bad at times

      Cons

      Same kinda challenges you see in a startup company. Needs a little stability in development platform.

      Pros

      - Humble, thoughtful senior management team - Business is doing really, really well - Smart, friendly people - Truly mission-driven organization - Ample opportunity for professional development - Huge vision and potential for future growth - Great location in downtown SF

      Cons

      - A bit patient (slow) on promotions - 401k options aren't great (though CK does have a match) - No free lunches like some other tech companies

      Pros

      Really nice and friendly people. Respectful and willing to help. Good work/life balance too. Off-site events. Still small enough that you can make a big impact. Close to BART. Now have 401k matches.

      Cons

      Growing so fast that it can be tough to keep everyone in the loop. Need to work hard to keep the culture with an influx of new hires. I'd like to have the food offerings expanded to keep in line with other bigger startups.
