      Pros

      The pay makes it bearable for a time.

      Cons

      Company strategy constantly moving, manufactured urgency, PMs are treated like gods even though they probably graduated from Waterloo 2 weeks ago.

      Pros

      great compensation, stock, PDP and overall good benefits.

      Cons

      Culture has completed shifted. Lack of work-life balance, low moral, hostile work enviornment. CK has adopted intuits infamous PIP system which is their way of laying off employees silently. Basically Intuit lays off 7% of their "lowest performers" each year. This system is problematic for many reasons due to there is no rhyme reasoning or criteria of whom is low performing. completely depends on your manager, and what projects you are given. If you given projects with low impact than you will be at risk even if its not your fault.

      Pros

      Leadership wants to Make America Great Again if you know what I mean. Lot of whiners have recently been kicked off the bus, so to speak, so we are free to once again move fast and break things! In short, this company is MADDDD MONEYYYY

      Cons

      There are still some fading remnants of wokeism and DEI from a couple years ago. They'll be shown the curb soon.
