      Good pay, perks and benefits.

      Cons

      A lot of management has changed recently. Culture is becoming worse. Favorable for those that work in Charlotte vs other locations. Not much innovation happening either.

      Pros

      Fantastic place to work for many years. Smart and friendly coworkers working on interesting problems. Competitive compensation for the area.

      Cons

      Began pushing RTO with top-down mandates that left no room for empathy of individual situations, despite company values. A number of high level employees have left recently as a result.

      Pros

      Everyone in the same level in the same city makes the same amount per year.

      Cons

      There is no work flexibility - mandatory 3 days a week in office, if you don't badge in at least 3 times, you get put on a list and have to explain to your manager why you couldn't make it.
