      Awesome mission and culture

      Pros

      Genuinely awesome culture and mission driven by the CEOs has led to a company full of genuinely awesome people. Our customers love us. Awesome location. Free lunch. Has all of the Silicon Valley perks you'd expect. Just moved into free tax preparation. The company is successful and is going places. Lots of career growth (promotions happen all the time). Still have to solve a lot of hard problems.

      Cons

      Growing rapidly. Moves (where you sit in the office) happen all the time. Running out of room at the offices for meetings. Satisfaction varies from team.

      Great environment, Strong company

      Pros

      -Great business, and balance sheet, not at the mercy of the VC funding -New tech, progressive and aggressive engineering achievements -Still nimble. Big initiatives can still get shipped rapidly -Great location in SF -Lots of diversity, fun culture -Successful transition out of small start up mode -Career mobility within the company is supported and encouraged

      Cons

      -There are people that enjoy and excel in small companies (<100 employees), and there are people that prefer larger (>500) companies. Issues and complaints about change within a growing company are not unique to this industry. -Providing a training budget for everyone is great, but often time is not allocated for people to make use of it. More focus and prioritization on individual development would be great. -Neighborhood around the office is great but can be loud.

      * Company is in a hyper growth mode and proving to b extremely successful * Extremely talented people. The place is very social and friendly. * Lots of interesting technical challenges and changes, lots of opportunities to innovate, if you are up for it. * Many opportunities for career growth * Great 401k plan

      Cons

      * Not a big deal, but the company is growing fast so space is an issue * can't think of anything else
