      Pros

      Company is starting a journey of progressive change. This is important as a manufacturing org in the Mid West, as competition is fierce for commercial and labor resources. From the shop floor to management, many very talented and dedicated people.

      Cons

      It's hard work. If you don't like hard work, look elsewhere. Prior management failed to invest in the right tools and systems to sustain the business. This has changed significantly under the new leadership.
