      Pros

      Lots of proactive, positive changes the last 1-2 years. Crenlo is moving away from the past depending on tribal knowledge and heroics, to a more sustainable and efficient approach to projects and operations.

      Cons

      Not everyone likes change, but so far the changes have been good.
