      The everyday people you work with. All hardworking, LOYAL and go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family.

      Cons

      In my experience, it felt that there was a lot of turnover. Upper management did not have the same loyalty to employees.

      There is over time, it vary from department to department. In weld overtime is mandatory unless you work first shift than it's optional

      Cons

      You only get payed 8 hours for holidays, doesn't matter if your shift is 10 or 12 hours.
