      Pros

      Nice facilities, with most people having a private office and no more than two sharing. Very flexible and good work/life balance. Good place for EEs, since even junior engineers are assigned challenging projects.

      Cons

      No support for further education, such as training or conferences. Mushroom management. No input into hiring decisions, people will just appear on your team.

      People of the highest integrity. Product is highest quality due to extremely competent people. Intimate work environment. Family is highly valued. Employees are well cared for. Company is growing and well positioned to pursue greater things.

      Priorities change rapidly. Workload can be heavy at times due to limited personnel bandwidth. Often feel pressure from larger companies in the industry. Experiencing some pains to accommodate growth.
