Good Not Worth It

Pros

Family oriented, autonomy, bosses listened

Cons

I worked there before 2019. Benefits - birth control wasn't covered by insurance and that was decided by the old men in a room who decided what benefits would be allowed, and they decided women shouldn't have birth control covered, but Viagra should be allowed for men. Seriously - they sat in a room, talked about this, and had the option to provide the pill for female employees and decided against it. At a company holiday party at Tucker Robinsons house in 2008 he put his hand on my leg, clearly in an inappropriate way. I was so shocked I couldn't speak, and then so scared because I couldn't lose my job, and there just weren't a lot of jobs around at the time.

Pros

Culture is great. Strong work/life balance. Allows for autonomy.

Cons

Lowish Salary for job requirements. But, considering the cost of living in the area the salary is more than enough.
