Pros

culture is good and lot of great employees

Cons

bad bonus structures bad pay structures (laborers can make alot more than folks bringing in millions of dollars in sales due to hourly overtime opportunities vs salary with poor bonus structure) becoming more and more corporate by the day. No longer feels like a family owned local business

A Chaotic Mess

Pros

A variety of subsidiaries that you can move among for different positions.

Cons

Completely unpredictable from one day to the next. They say family values are important to them, but that couldn't be further from the truth. The only thing that matters is your politics - if you are on the right team, you are set. Otherwise, you will be crushed.
