      Pros

      Always busy days go by quickly. The company strives to be an employer of choice. Training is conducted regularly. Benefits are good. Leadership is focused. They strive for excellence and challenge their employees to succed. Opportunities are endless!!!

      Cons

      Competitors are becoming aware that Crestron has good employees. Their is alot of work and not enough time in the day. Crestron should allow more employees to work from home if they can.

      Pros

      Growth, Niche products and a market for itself. Global and Private organization. No debt. Fantastic immediate supervisors. My experience so far , go through the proper channels to get your message across.

      Cons

      Despite the size of the organization, this is a still a growing company. There are growing pains that come with being a part of Crestron, if you are not open minded and patient you will be disheartened pretty quickly.

      Pros

      Infrastructure is fine You may get a very good hike but I suppose that's to just pull you in.

      Cons

      Senior staff, management will make your leaving here worse. Please feel free to join here for a non challenging and non employee friendly experience
