Pros

There is no good reason to join this company unless you are looking for some short term exposure in a multinational product company

Cons

The culture is really bad No development methodology is followed Managers hide information and always keep you in the dark Important emails reach you late No encouragement for good work or new ideas Extreme sycophancy, seniors expect you to keep quite Communication is pathetic Bangalore office has extreme toxic culture People get uncerimoniously laid off as bad performance Seniors never let you perform well Insecurity is high among senior engineers Internal tools are not maintained well Documentation is mostly incomplete You are mostly dependent and at the mercy of your senior HR is not listening to your complaints Overall it is a stressful environment with work load not estimated properly Expectations are clear and you are required to work late hours Requirements are not properly written and late additions are common Meetings are not productive because vital information is hidden to delay your output Lower employees suffer stress and higher ups don't do their part They steal ideas and make it their own

Pros

great employees that aren't mgmt or execs allows you to get foot into many doors - use the company for what it can get you - don't fall victim to their promises of long term job or the bull they feed the press

Cons

- violate employment standards (actually i think the HR is just oblivious that anything exists) - do not follow through on promises - you are only important to them as long as you bring the owners $ - will not care if you make - any - actually change compensation plans to continually lower your earnings - not all regions/salespeople treated equally - belief that they are always right and disregard employees, customers, partners - constantly shoot the messenger - Huge EGOS - NOT a long term place to work - unfortunately

The Ex VP now promoted to CEO is biggest jerk in the industry. Over boasting the sales turnover by. The sales turnover is barely 300M but boasted Of 1.5B The CEO is pure salesman, paying off customers, consultants to get jobs or offer cut throat price to kill competitors. Bad mouthing every competitors. No resellers is going to ever make money from this company, it really depends how hard you bargain and what price you fight for. I see dealers who work 10 years getting price 30% more than new competitors dealers joining with extensive rebates. They keep expanding dealers and increase price war and competition among dealers, at the end they will win. Any resellers hardly make any margin. Don't ever join this co. It's a shame and you be regret before it's too late.
