Pros

Joined with a very good hike Enjoyed working with touch panels Best to work here for 18 to 24 months max. These guys are the best in extracting work from you

Cons

Monotonous day to day job routine Managers, senior managers, directors here are just dummy or puppets to the US guys. Absolutely Spain less people with no leadership qualities. There is no work life balance here, you would be asked to work on weekends as well. On an average you would be working minimum 11 plus hours on a day to day basis. Even though comp off is provided, but your leaves would be very rarely get approved. There is no work related or hr related policies here. Even though it's a product based company, but professionaly you will be working in a service based company, since managers and above come from services industry background. No guarantee on job security, due to last year firing here.

poor pay and arrogant management

Pros

The company hires many people in a tough job market. They seem to have a lay-off free history. There are health benefits available.

Cons

The pay isn't even close to fair for the type of work I'm doing. (less than half of what I used to make doing the same type of work). The management has a "take it or leave it attitude" towards workers. Managers frequently blame the lowest level workers for their own failings, specifically, recent serious lapses in quality control due to inaccurate work instructions were blamed on the assembly workers and the task of correcting these problems has been dumped on these same workers, not the engineers, quality control, and managers directly responsible.
