Chance to interact with other departments Great immediate supervisor generally nice coworkers

Cons

lots of turnover in management of division I was in little to no communication as to expectations / duties no warning system if not performing to expectation (which is not communicated well)

Exposure to new tech and interesting projects.

Cons

Management by exception to the point of paranoia, technical leadership is unprofessional, high burnout rates, little room for personal growth, very flat organization with Directors reporting to Directors. The whole company is manipulated to ensure the personal success of the VP of Sales who rules with an iron fist. When Sales manages tech, there are always issues.

Crestron is good one only. But i need a switch immediately.
