      forward-thinking company that has cutting edge technology. The employees are generally nice and good to work with.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance combined with severe micromanagement makes everything stressful. There is no real direction and management of products is lacking. Somehow things get done....

      Company has large market share.

      Cons

      Very demotivated workforce, culture of bad managers. I left on my own accord some people are there because it's all they know. Raises are a joke max out at 5% if you can walk on water.
