Pros

Used to get free lunches and dinners when training was still in person. Infocomm party was fun.

Cons

Since the founder passed away, the basic corporate culture changed from a nurturing, family-type atmosphere to a much more aggressive sales culture. No longer felt like you were appreciated. Felt as though you were just a cog in the machine that was securing the president's exit strategy.
