Pros

Pioneer and cutting edge technology, reliable products for the most part. High paying salaries,

Cons

Meat grinder; management will squeeze you until there is nothing left then spit you out. Only care about making the numbers and won’t give a rat's a-- if you had a heart attack and dropped dead in the process. Poorly managed, running business as 5 individuals working form a garage.

Pros

Pay is fair at the beginning. Benefits are good.

Cons

Toxic management, do not care about the employees well being only getting the callas answered. Manager showing favoritism to a select few. Expecting more work responsibilities comparable to a Level 2 agent without an increase in pay. Increasing insurance cost and decreasing benefits.

Pros

Break room super nice, market to buy stuff pretty cheap. OK coffee machine and I say okay only because it breaks down often, there's only one in the building so it gets a lot of traffic. All new desks and offices. At the end of the quarter (e.i, March, June, September, December) Dinner and cocktails with new dealers/representatives that you can go to. Once in a blue moon they cater lunch, usually its pizza. A chance to make new business contacts. Gym and showers at the Rockleigh campus. One a year in September they have an employee appreciation day and depending on your department you get off work at around 12. but if you are in order processing, Customer support, tech support, basically Building 15 and 6, you have to go back to work at 4 while the rest of the departments get to go home when they want. One a year they have an Employee awards dinner, where they give you a paper weight award stating you were outstanding this year. In OP, you only get one because every year someone else get it, even if they really don't deserve it.

Cons

No recognition. Pay is little for all that you have to do. Have to stay late every end of month, especially during June, the fiscal year. Expect to stay at the office until 9 and received a Snickers bar for all your hard work during that time. Have to come in on Saturdays even if the end of month happens to fall on a weekend. No one takes responsibility. Favoritism is a huge role, so if you are a natural suck up, you will go far. Promotions are based on who you know and how well you are liked. Hard work means nothing except you are given more work. Barely above average rise. Everyone will pretty much get the same raise, meaning even the super lazy people will get the same "score" (raise) as the hardest working person. No bonuses. No Overtime. Management usually does not like any contact will other workers below them (e.i, order processing, customer service, I.T, tech support, need I go on?). And last but not least, it will always be your fault. NO ONE takes responsibility. Management is severely lacking.
