Pros

Very flexible hours while maintaining full time. Sick time, PTO. Work load can be stressful with deadlines but very manageable.

Cons

Management could use some work. You have to navigate the manager's preferences and just set that in your mind as you work. Be very open to changing on the fly.

Pros

Being a weather forecaster your schedule is made by flight leadership instead of the CTI management and it's very flexible.

Cons

Pay is sub-par. CTI cut our pay when they picked up the contract. Notorious for doing this in the past.
