Pros

You enjoy coming to work each day because the people you work with are dedicated to accomplishing the job. Even when working geographically displaced from the corporate office, reach back for any assistance is quick and correct. The sense of purpose is evident, and the company always puts the customer first and will explore all options to exceed expectations.

Cons

The company is stove-piped based on the contracts it is working. This is especially true for subject matter experts; however, the company does overcome this by being all in when it comes to team effort.

Pros

The people that work contracts for this company are dedicated and committed to their work, and to one another. There is no greater group of people to work with. Corporate has usually made good choices in facilitating an environment that encourages this.

Cons

Corporate went through some staff turnover and a leadership change in the past few years, and in the course of that change, they lost some of the connection they had with their employees. Communication has always been an issue within corporate hq.
