The CEO's lack of direction left the company rudderless, causing frequent strategic shifts that threw projects into chaos. Team efforts often felt undermined by the CEO's erratic decisions, and the office atmosphere became fraught with tension as a result. Working with a team of louts who couldn't be relied upon for collaboration or consistent work only added to the frustration It was clear that there was no real vision or stable guidance, making it hard to stay motivated.
