Pros

This is a great company to work for and the show that they care for their employees. The benefits are pretty standard across the board. The are flexible and willing to work with employees if a new position is required or needed due to family or contracting issues. I've only worked for them as a subcontractor so I can't speak to how they are as a prime. They keep their employees apprised of changes or issues as they are made aware of them from the prime.

Cons

As a subcontractor they are subject to prime contractor requirements and are not always "in the know" about a position. There is some corporate red tape that prevents some sections of the company from talking to other sections. This is more to keep one out of the others business but it can create friction sometimes.

Management needs to be replaced by people that know what they are doing

Pros

A lot of employees really care about the work and the other great employees.

Cons

A disorganized mess. Upper management was supposed to fix the train wreck but instead, he left the same incompetent senior leaders in place and nothing changed - in fact, it got worse. When employees bring problems and concerns, they are treated like they are the problem. The place is a total cluster and sadly, a waste of so much potential.

Fading Culture

Pros

What once was a great company that made you feel special is now like any other government contractor. I still believe in the old leadership but losing hope daily.

Cons

The culture has shifted significantly since the mergers. It is confusing knowing who is who. Everyday there is a new post about a new executive. There are so many that it is getting hard to follow. The original leaders used their platform to highlight their employees, not themselves. If you like small company feels, do not work here. If you like the bigger feeling firms, this is for you.
