Pros
This is a great company to work for and the show that they care for their employees. The benefits are pretty standard across the board. The are flexible and willing to work with employees if a new position is required or needed due to family or contracting issues. I've only worked for them as a subcontractor so I can't speak to how they are as a prime. They keep their employees apprised of changes or issues as they are made aware of them from the prime.
Cons
As a subcontractor they are subject to prime contractor requirements and are not always "in the know" about a position. There is some corporate red tape that prevents some sections of the company from talking to other sections. This is more to keep one out of the others business but it can create friction sometimes.
