Pros

Good Pay, and they let you do your job without much interference.

Cons

Management is young and inexperienced. They'll promise you the moon but never follow up on it. Their solution to resolving personnel issues is to throw money at it and hope it goes away.

Poor Work Culture as the Management Wants to Dominate Everything

Pros

It was a small company. So, if you like the idea of working for a small company, you might like it here.

Cons

The work culture was poor, and the management was terrible. They provided an awful training initially and expected you to agree to whatever they said all the time. Their arrogant attitude made them think that whatever they said should be followed ASAP. Only people who could say "yes" to everything the leadership asked for survived here. Others quit!
