Crimson treats its employees well and the work is interesting. Opportunities for personal and financial growth. They look at your future potential as well as your past experience whereas nearly all other employers only look at your past experience.

Cons

The organization is segmented, so if you're not on the same contract as someone, you probably will never talk to them. Onboarding training is essentially non-existent.
