Crimson Phoenix is truly an employee oriented company. Employees and their families are the priority. All company managers make every effort to support the employees and the clients. Management actively nurtures the relationship between employees and their clients.

Cons

No cons at all. Great company, great leadership, good clients and programs. Benefits and pay are very competitive with the market.

Pros

The accessibility and care from management are impressive. The way myself and my peers are treated is equally impressive. Their company events are actually enjoyable and build culture. The team does an exceptional job of recognizing its people. I actually feel a sense of pride saying I work for Crimson Phoenix. This is a feeling I have not had in my long career. I am also a nerd and love that my wife brags to friends and family about the name of our company.

Cons

As a Scientist, I need to be objective and find something. I had complained about the IRA in favor of a 401k. The following year, they moved over to a 401k, which is very generous at 6% dollar for dollar.
