Pros
I don't think it has any pros it's sales you will get pain by talking daily..and if you are someone who wants growth in your career don't come there's no growth what growth do you expect by calling people
Cons
First thing is you have clear certification after 15 days of not they will remove you and next your OGT starts and if you don't do one sale they will remove again and after that you have make sure you will get one sale and you have to dail 150 and talk a lot and the work hours is worst like NO WORK LIFE BALANCE I didn't personally liked this coz every company should let there employee have work life balance if that's not there it's not a good company according to me
