Manager play stupid politics. One of the manager he is lack of management skills, and even lack of sales closures. Since he cannot manage a team of 10 members he plays dirty politics by purposefully people leave the company. He instead of being supportive he himself calls the payment leads and tell them that you can't do this course, you won't get job and make sure you are not getting payments
