Pros

Interesting work at least Got to work with animals

Cons

Pretty much a revolving door. Super long hours basically from sunup to sunset 6 days a week. Really low hourly wage Commission via upselling customer in things they dont need is very much pushed Work out of a residential house that they tried to make into an office They have you do things like clean the gutters on the house and other things when you are done for the day No training at all Very micromanaged bad work environment because of previously mentioned. And so much more

Pros

Good pay during the summer. Company card for gas and company vehicle. Thats it.

Cons

customers complain alot to corporate and corporate just gives them their money back. they wont hire people in open positions, they expect you to work multiple jobs to make up for a person not being there. I have worked there for 6 months now and have been doing two jobs and not making anymore money for doing the other one. Poor management. I havent seen a manager in over 5 months. They changed the pay scale as soon as I got hired from straight commission based every month, to commission based upon your production. So before, if you hit your quota, you could take it easy the rest of the month, now you have to hit your quota and stay productive for the rest of the month or you wont even receive the projected total that you made for the company. We used to be able to look up how much money we were making as the month went on and now theyre hiding all that information from us... just a lot of sketchy stuff goin on.

Pros

You get a truck, a tablet, and a phone

Cons

Where to begin? You are pressured to work more than 8hrs a day and the pay is a set rate with no overtime pay. If you come home on time or a few minutes before (that's when you officially clock out) you get a call about why are you done so early. They tell you that you can earn more (20% of the jobs you do) but the jobs you do never total enough to have you pass the $1200 base pay. The manager is always calling you at all hours, you can't leave work at work and he's constantly asking you to work on Saturday. There is no training except they walk you through using the tablet. While there I helped make home repairs and even install insulation, I was not qualified to do any of those things and it was not part of any job description. They provide no safety equipment AND you have to get YOUR OWN tools to do the job which is ridiculous! When I quit I had to call repeatedly for them to release my paycheck. It was a direct deposit and the manager didn't approve it until a week later.
