      Work directly with owner. With great stress comes great pay. Knowledge of animals is most applicable.

      Expectations always changing. Training materials is not only contradictory but will cause you to fail every time.

      Pros

      The company provides a truck, gas card, phone, and tablet. Above all else, they also provide warm inspection leads, allowing for you to focus on client needs, rather than having to hustle and sell. Great opportunity.

      None that I feel justify not working for the company.

      commission structure probably the lowest in this industry. no benefits. many people were injured on the job and had no coverage.
