There is room for growth, they will pay for you to go to school, company vehicle

Cons

They will work the hell out of you during the busy season, the pay structure is not very competitive, and the services you sell are overpriced

The work is fun and you can make over 100k if you do your job right. District manager takes the time to get feedback and tries new ideas, doesn’t micromanage. Region staff checks in every couple of weeks. Overall I enjoy the job

Poor management Unreliable software Poor communication Inadequate pay raises Horribly overworked At my location, actions by management and corporate actively contributed to making me poorer and sicker and ruined my driving record for bad registration tickets I was never at fault for and lied to me about being taken care off. Would give 0 stars if possible
