Don't work here if you want a social life

Pros

Pay is decent. They offer insurance and accumulate PTO.

Cons

Hours. 10 hours x 4 days a week. Sometimes need mandatory OT. No cell phones on the floor, office is bad at communicating with employees. Lots of standing around some days, when there isn't work they might send you home, but they might keep you just standing and hoping to get more work.

Received a good bonus this year

Cons

Been there since the doors open in May of 2019 & I’ve received a 39cent raise haven’t missed a day or been late and they are hiring people off the street making 18 an hour while I’m making 15.49
