You'll hear "Croda runs lean." What that means is they will continually cut resources and expect the same output. Management pay lip service to work-life balance and advancement but fails to follow through on these principles. President proposed all employees give back a week of PTO to assist the company. Crumbling facilities and poorly planned expansion.
