Pros

This firm had plenty of clients. I was impressed with that. I didn't realize that the firm wasn't worth working for.

Cons

Working for this firm is awfully stressful. Employees have to work brutally long and exhausting hours to meet client expectations. Their client-first approach means employee mental peace never gets priority. It was really exhausting to try to keep up with the ever-increasing workloads. Sadly, the compensation didn't grow as fast. It was poor compared to my peers in other firms.

Pros

I like the company’s focus on employee well-being. Leadership is competent and understanding – they know how to keep the staff motivated. The team is packed with smart people who are willing to share what they know. Plus, there are solid learning opportunities when it comes to strategy, optimization, and client expectations.

Cons

It can get really busy when projects overlap.
