Pros

Fairly compensated. Very structured organization and mimics the pros of a Big4 organization. Respect and treat the employees well.

Cons

Limited consulting opportunities for senior (leadership) positions. Few clients and not much diversity of clients.

Pros

Amazing group of people committed to building a firm based upon a core set of values and the best people in the market. Most people here have worked together at other companies and have been reunited at CrossCountry due to the caliber of the people and the inclusive, entreprenurial spirit of the company.

Cons

Still building their infrastructure to be on par with more mature companies but they are making significant investments and moving quickly. Working on balance between solutions based work and more long-term project work.

Pros

The partners are nice, the directors are not, and most of the projects they sell are more suitable for contractors or loan staff then actual consulting. Their only consulting gig is with Freddie Mac. On paper they have great values.

Cons

Very cliquey and they will under- reward and under-promote you if you let them get away with it. Their directors ( and MD's) really don't care about their people. The types of projects they have are not challenging.
