Pros

Working on complex integrations and getting exposure to different clients and systems. The consulting aspect means you develop strong communication skills because you’re regularly interacting with clients. Hands-on experience with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workato. Pretty competitive benefits package, with solid healthcare coverage, flexibility, and wellness programs.

Cons

Tasks and deadlines depend on client needs and may change at short notice.
