Close knit group of people. Efficient and professional. Treated well and with respect. All ideas are considered and no one is above or beneath you on the brainstorming table.

Cons

A traditional approach to work hours. Lacks the flexibility that todays world demands. Nine to Six approach saturates productivity. A lot of companies of burnout.
