Crossroads Health truly cares for the community of Lake County! Work in the Behavioral Health field will always be challenging and we are responsible for our own self care. Crossroads Health works hard to create and sustain an environment of trust in order to support staff to be the best providers that we can.

Coworkers are the best support system. Flex time is great.

Cons

Poor work life balance as there are never ending amounts of paperwork after the school day. You will be exhausted.
