Pros

Training experience was good, but that’s all.

Cons

Too many people in charge and never informing you just demanding you. They lie and make promises to you that never happen. Pay raise is a joke and salary is horrible. If you dear question anything your frowned upon. Do not waste your time. This will make you feel like your in high school with all the clicks too.

Pros

There were some interactions with clients that made me feel like I was making a positive difference in their lives. I wish I would've gotten these messages from my supervisor or other overheads though. The benefits are decent.

Cons

The turnover rate has been through the roof this year and last. We receive "farewell" emails when people leave and there seemed to be at least 1 every week, sometime 2-3. People aren't happy and are leaving causing everyone else's workload to be unmanageable. There was very little training for my role. When I began in my department it was just expected I knew how to handle every situation and the databases. There was fairly regular drama among my department between employees which made the workplace uncomfortable. I often worked more than 40 hours and felt exhausted and burnt out a lot especially the few months before I left. I don't know if it's the fact that CH doesn't have money or if they dont want to give it to the employees, but the pay is insulting. To put it into perspective, I left this job for one that offered me 13K more than I was making at CH. This truly felt like work and I had way more bad days than good ones.
