Pros

Find someplace else to work, this agency is unstable.

Cons

Senior management is terribly inept. Agency is in a deficit, there are not enough clients to sustain the current number of staff. The turnover is alarming, with providers leaving in massive waves. Two reductions in force in the last six months.There is no focus on the quality or continued client care. Senior Directors are disrespectful and are incompetent at their jobs.

Mission minded organization that puts time into developing staff

Pros

Colleagues and leadership are mission minded and value trauma informed care for our clients. Many growth and development opportunities if you want them. There are diverse programs and good collaboration within teams and between different programs. This organization puts time and energy into supervising, developing and supporting their staff.

Cons

Like any Community Mental Health organization, they are at the mercy of funding constraints which impact salaries.

Pros

Training experience was good, but that’s all.

Cons

Too many people in charge and never informing you just demanding you. They lie and make promises to you that never happen. Pay raise is a joke and salary is horrible. If you dear question anything your frowned upon. Do not waste your time. This will make you feel like your in high school with all the clicks too.
