Cons

Lack of communication from leadership staff, pile work on current staff without notice or plan for ending shift of responsibilities, too much focus on bringing in money and not enough focus on providing quality services to clients

I have had the privilege of working in the not-for-profit field throughout my entire 40-year professional career around the country. In all of those years and numerous organizations, I have never experienced the kind of authenticity of care demonstrated on a daily basis among colleagues and leadership at Crossroads Health.

Cons

There are no cons. These are difficult times and environments for every not-for-profit organization, especially in the healthcare field. I have found that the governing board, leadership, and staff of Crossroads Health continue to place the time spent helping people as priority #1.
