Pros

The pay and benefits are very competitive.

Cons

Essentially the company has a "kiss up, punch down" culture. Leadership in the business routinely promote and reward more senior contributors who look busy and tell them nice things, rarely those who get the work done or contribute to a better workplace. The leaders and senior IC's who have been with the company longest behave like a cartel, having private conversations with business impact excluding newer contributors whose voices would be important to include. Multiple reports of misconduct instigated by senior contributors against junior contributors went unanswered by leadership.

Pros

The tools are solid and the technical teams are strong. Teammates are willing to help eachother. The product is promising, if someone like Google buys it.

Cons

There is no structure. Directors are hit or miss. The newer director doesn’t understand IR. The services organization doesn’t give raises.. in two years little to nothing.... senior leadership is not genuine and only focus on profit. They don’t turn away any work ever...No promotions... all promotions are subjective and not based on anything real... this is truly a good ol boys club start up that has serious issues below the surface

Pros

Nothing here is worth it. Don't let the high OTE lure you in. Product is great but everything else is absolutely terrible including services to the customer.

Cons

Junior immature and very unprofessional management, high work load, no sense of general direction when it comes to weekly quarterly targets in sales with ever moving territories and moving goal posts when it comes to quota, death by meetings constantly daily with management. Incompetent helicopter upper management and non existing HR. Attrition is high, I and several others left for less paying work but overall happier and less stress from a toxic workplace.
