Pros

- Great cyber security platform that is clearly one of the best. - Ninety percent of the people get along well.

Cons

- Complete disfunction in the sales org, management isn’t good. - Favoritism is prevalent; a blind eye is turned to unethical behavior. - Some managers add no value to the team. It isn’t necessary to have multiple people who don’t know how to sell in management roles. - Too many rules are getting added on making it difficult for different roles to work together within the sales cycle. - Benefits are terrible for a company with this much funding.

Pros

- Benefits - Updated tech - IT dept has stellar people - Admin are top-notch - Some managers and directors actually care about their employees and do their best to accommodate their needs

Cons

- Company couldn't care less for its employees outside of those making the company more money. No, really; when the admin were forced to go into offices during the pandemic, their VP was taking calls from their yacht - Actually, the company barely cares about the sales people either, and makes their target numbers ridiculously high and nigh-impossible to hit - High turnover rate - Competitive pay, where? Literally seeing about 15% less pay here, even among the best sales people - Refuses to fire the actual higher-ups that should have been let go long ago - Raises that take cost-of-living into account? Not here, bestie. - For hourly employees, PTO is a joke. Can't borrow time, get pushback for taking a hard-earned vacation - Benefits boasted about during All-Hands meetings don't apply to the lowly hourly-worker, which again, is a joke. Equality??? Oh sweatie, look elsewhere.

Pros

Brand recognition and end point protection

Cons

No people strategy; no training resources. Five weeks overdue making promotion and merit increase decision while executives reap huge bonuses and RSU increases in mid-Jul. HR department is worst in class. Resources constrained to support racing program and nonsense. Zero resources for travel or opportunities to achieve CPEs to sustain certs. Very much a good ole boy culture. Outside views unwelcome. Very much a product focused, technology driven culture.
