      Pros

      Great mindset for career improvement. Beside your "standard" tasks anybody can do anything that could help improve their skills set, such as doing a research blog or digging a problem deeper and taking your time with it.

      Cons

      Everything is good so far.

      Good team, engaging work, bad corporate culture

      Pros

      Really engaging DFIR work, enjoyed working with the team. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The corporate culture is very American, not a lot of empathy for people being dedicated to their family. The KPI system in use has statistical problems that mean it doesn't convey an accurate picture of an analysts work, and then they still used that system to justify failing me on probation. High pressure to achieve specific certifications.
