      Pros

      My 2+ years at CrowdStrike has been exciting as I've been offered the opportunity to evolve my role, grow and learn. I think often someone's experience in any org depends on their manager and direct team culture - I've been lucky to have struck gold here. Fantastic manager and team means I love my job! CrowdStrike also offers TRUE flexibility. Not just talking the talk. I work in a global role with stakeholders around the globe. This means I'm flexible with CrowdStrike, often taking calls outside of the traditional business day, but in return the company is flexible with me - I take time to attend my kids activities, no guilt, no explanations required. This is how it should be.

      Cons

      I know other colleagues who don't have great managers who are struggling at CrowdStrike.

      Pros

      Great culture, everyone there loves to help others. I have messaged man at directors directly to ask for help on different processes and all of them have been so helpful. Carter progression is also a big deal here, everyone moves up quickly if you perform.

      Cons

      Still in the start up feel so some things can be confusing at start, I feel like this will be fix in the next year or so.
