Cons

True remote work means missing out on building strong interpersonal relationships through the culture of being in an office, however frequent trips to be in person with peers helps to alleviate this during the three month travel/meetings season.

Mission-oriented company driven to stop breaches - from executive leadership down this team lives the mission. There is a ton of pride representing this company. The technology is the real deal, there is a reason CRWD tops everyone's list. Absolute A-players across every division.

Cons

Like any sales role in a high-growth company there is a challenge with work/life balance.

Pros

I got to be a part of CS when it was very new in India. I have been privileged to be among the best people to work with both on-site and remote. The company has helped me so much that my friends and colleagues recognise that I have grown. Just think of anything from equipment to approach of management, people to facilities, everything is done keeping the employees in mind. Never had a Monday blue yet and neither have I waited for a weekend so far I have been associated with CS. Tells a lot about the company.

Cons

We are growing exponentially, which sometimes makes it difficult to forecast everything accurately.
