Pros

Stock price. Work always available. Work remotely. Flexible time off.

Cons

Corporate non-compliance through out levels. Cares only about Wall Street. Security became a gimmick. It is a fantastic place only if you are a white, particularly white male. The best opportunities reserved for favorites. Zero career growth others. Mediocre compensation. Paltry benefits. Zero accountability. Guilt-free prejudice, daily bias. Growing hypocritical culture. Deceitful hostile sales. Many useless meetings.

Pros

If considering a role within this company, be warned. The majority of positive reviews on this site are from members of a particular team who are being “encouraged” to post. Once a good place, CrowdStrike has become a toxic environment with a whole host of unsavory, unethical and arrogant “leaders” who have no idea how to lead. You will scratch your head wondering how on earth people so unqualified could possibly hold the positions they do. Nepotism is rampant with positions being created for buddies, girlfriends, wives and kids. From the outside, this company may seem poised for “World Domination” *eye roll* but scratch just below the surface and you’ll find a cast of characters who have absolutely zero concern for the people working for them. Their sole focus is trying to take the place public or sell it off before their funding runs out.

Cons

You will be used and abused for average salary and benefits, no 401K match, crappy bonus plans and watered down equity…but there are free snacks, so there’s that.

Pros

Hybrid work, good brand name and product & not a ton of micromanagement

Cons

I could write a paragraph or 6, but this organization feels like summer camp. Unqualified employees and front line management, picking favorites, no clear path to promotion unless your an referral or a friend of someone high up. insane amount of politics all while no actual leadership implements any changes which causes a toxic and extremely disconnected sales org. For months it has felt like no one really cares and everyone collects a check, empty promises and little to no path to promotion and honestly well under compensated to market. Feels like a sinking ship that no one cares to fix and senior leadership is extremely disconnected from day - to - day ops. The company pitches “remote first” but requires to be in office two days a week (total frat house & waste of time) Sad, this place use to be culture first now it seems as though it had totally lost its way and is toying with people’s careers and compensation by being clueless and frankly careless.
