      Great family values. Upper management seems a little distant and doesn't have much input on things happening around them.

      very family and safety oriented for a construction company. Equal opportunity employer. keeps good people around and there is the chance for career development.

      Cons

      job requires a good bit of travel and varying job length. lots of time is spent on the road. Also every job is run different by site management.
