      Pros

      Collaborative work environment and people are almost always willing to accept new ideas/suggestions to improve a process. The work from home policy is very flexible and management is very accommodating with requests for time off.

      Cons

      Currently have not experienced cons. Workload can get a little heavy at times, but was expected.

      Mobile work strategy if needed. Plenty of opportunity for growth and development. offices all over the U.S. and world.

      Cons

      Long hours, not specific to Crowe, all CPAs deal with this. Crowe helps out in any way they can.
