You are valued at Crowe. The Partners are actively involved in the office. The work life balance is like no other company I have ever worked for. Our CEO listens to personnel and acts on feedback. Crowe is not afraid to take chances!

Cons

Not many that I can think of outside of the normal cons of working for any accounting firm.

Pros

Crowe allows for a very flexible schedule while still accomplishing quality work. It is a place to grow and the company really understands its people. My team is phenomenal! Everyone bands together for discussion and consistency.

Cons

The only downside, which is one where the benefits definitely outweigh any con, is the tracking of hours in DTE.
