      Good culture, good place to start your career.

      Pros

      Very supportive of my studying for the CPA. Company executives have positive culture that trickles down. Can transition groups if your team is not meshing well fairly easy.

      Cons

      Technology is almost daily unreliable. A fair amount of upper management lacks accountability. Seems office politics can play a major part in some groups. Crowe is also behind on the times. Management sings praises about work mobility and working in jeans at the office but that was a few years ago and other top-10 firms have implemented that and passed us and offers better compensation and intangibles such as wearing sweats to the office or having their phones paid for every 2 years.

      Flexible for the most part Smaller teams with larger firm backing Reasonable with expectation

      Cons

      Constantly being asked things that are actually impossible (no real punishment for not succeeding, but it is pretty annoying) Upper management is constantly changing things and wondering why we don't meet all of our goals (when we have to learn new software, process/systems, etc.
