      Pros

      Company is very welcoming, they will spoil you when you first start. Some teams are better than others and if you're start out of college you don't really have a choice on what team you get put on.

      Cons

      I wish they would let you get a variety of experience on different projects to see what you enjoy. Instead they just throw you on a team and that's what you work on.
